Order processing time 1-3 days. For footwear products and custom orders, the processing time is 3-7 days.
All orders shipped with FedEx/UPS Express. Always free shipping for orders over US $100. All orders are shipped with tracking number.
Returns
No support for no reason return, don’t like as a reason to return. Quality problems can be resent for free.
Refunds are not returned in cash and are credited to the store balance.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
If the product is detained by customs, we compensate 30% of the order amount and refund for store credit
